PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 1 small or 1/2 large sweet yellow onion, thinly sliced 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced 3 TB. butter, divided (Kaycee uses unsalted) 1/2 TB. fish sauce, optional 3/4-1 1/2 Cups snow peas (1-2 handfuls)
